Track 96: Cynthia Epps
On June 29, 1994, Cynthia Epps, 29, was supposed to return home after her night walk. But according to her boyfriend, Carter, Cynthia never came home which was odd for the mother of two. An unexpected 911 call the following day would lead to a shocking discovery. But even with these known details, there are still so many questions. This left Cynthia’s family and neighborhood of East Buffalo, NY, desperate for answers.
